service outage

No service. Showing code # RDK-03004. Automated help says no service until Sunday 12/10 !!!! Does anyone know what this is about?

Thanks for response. I followed the directions given on here about unplugging & resetting modem for error RDK-03004. I was very surprised when it worked!! Service restored!

I unplugged X1 box etc, then unplugged & reset Wifi modem. Plugged everything back in & service restored. If I had believed auto response on phone, I would have had no tv until Sunday....and then what? Just happy it is working.
