This is pretty much a user to user forum. Not that many Comcast employees on here. You need to call or do an online chat.

If you have a smart phone download xfinity My Account app. login on the app and select TV. from there select (scoll) to your device you want to have refreshed. Touch the image of the device. Then touch word "troubleshoot" near the bottom of the screen. It will then offer the TV devices. Scroll using swipe to left to the name/device you want to refresh, then hit continue word near the bottom. Then select "my cable box is acting strangely". Refresh signal will be sent to that device.

Probably the best option.

 

Refresh is just telling the box what services you subscribe to, if it's any other issue like pixelation/tiling a refresh usually doesn't work.

The signal is weak and the connection light is green instead of blue.
