XID-C Needs to be rebooted frequently

XID-C Needs to be rebooted frequently

I have an XID-C box behind my living room TV. Almost every day i turn on the TV and it says no input.

I power cycle the XID and everything is fine, until the next day and I do the same thing.

 

This is the second box I've had, replaced the HDMI cable as well.

 

I have an XID-P box on another TV and it works fine.

 

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

try pressing Xfinity button > gear(settings) > Device Settings > Power Preferences > power saver starts after -- and change to off. see if that fixes the problem?

That is what it was set to.  Found another thread on this sbject and it sounds like a compatability issue between Sony and Comcast.
