Due to the overwhelming success of the X1 Platform from XFINITY, we are deploying equipment at a much faster pace than expected and are having a tough time keeping X1 boxes in stock. While it’s great that customer response has been so positive, we need to make a few changes to ensure we manage the available inventory against business needs through the rest of the year.
As a result, all new X1 installations in all areas were recently put on hold.
You are able to get on a list to be contacted once the current inventory issue is resolved.
