X1 stuck in BOOT

X1 stuck in BOOT

The X1 box is stuck in BOOT .

 

The screen states Welcome Powering up. This may take a few minutes.

 

Well a few minutes is a day later.

 

What next? Its already been powered down and back up

box was replaced and solved problem. I Should receive get credit since the box broke down for 5 days and no TV.

Do you have another live cable outlet to try it on? ( like where your modem is). Presently the dvr is showing offline.
