X1 problems

X1 problems

I have had the new X1 box for about three weeks and every time i turn on my tv I have to manually reboot the box.  I am wondering if i am turning the box on wrong or something .....

Same problem with my new X1. Reboot and all is awesome. Turn off TV and turn back on and nothing on the remote works, no guide, no nothing. Let me know if you get an answer.
