Don't know if there is a link to the manual here but you might try this site

Yes, there's a link to the guide at the bottom of the page...Smiley Wink

that guide gives a general overview, it does not deep dive into the real features of the guide or how to use it.   That is all I know of that exists.

Saw that link. Just not sure if there is any thing on the box itself available.

I know it is an iptv box, and has 3 tuners, so you can record two things and still watch live tv.   I wish someone from the x1 team would set up shop here to answer some of these questions as only a few have the box.

ComcastPete is supposed to be answering questions on the forums on the X1 platform according to ComcastTeds.

Haven't seen an official thread yet, agree with rog that something is needed.

I did a search under users on ComcastPete and at that time only saw 6 postings.

This op in this thread seems to have had the box for a while and knows how to work it.   If you guys have questions maybe pm him.

I believe that the X1 DVR has 6 tuners, 5 of which are currently enabled.

Thats is not your cable box user's manual.  When and if Comcast ever gets around to publishing them, the will appear in the list below:

https://customer.comcast.com/help-and-support/cable-tv/cable-box-user-manuals

The way that I got to this list is as follows.

1) Go to xfinitity.comcast.net and sign in.

2) Click "My Account" at the top.

3) Click "My Services" under "My Account".

4) Click the "Xfinity TV" tab.

5) Scroll down until you see the picture and description of your cable box.

6) Click "Manual"
