I have had nothing but trouble on and off for the last 2 months. I am constantly losing network channels as well as others and a messsge on the screen will say you need to subscribe to the channel. These are channels we all get. When you call all they can do is reboot and that does not help most of the time. There is obviously a signal problem that Comcast either can't, won't or has no idea how to correct. Phones cut out as well. Totally frustrated at this point. It even happens on demand. Really getting disgusted that no one can resolve this.

Issues like this rarely get fixed over the phone.

Have Comcast send a tech out to investigate your issues.
