I have notice a few times some series I record says it records but when I go to play it back its a completely different show. For instance if I record three shows in a row on the same station on the same night the first recording play correctly but the next two playback is the recording of the first show.  Anyone seeing this or have a idea how to fix it?

Hi dezzy2410 -- That is a known issue with X1 recordings. It happens intermittently on different channels. A fix is still being worked on for this.

the issue began and nat'l techs worked with me on this problem back in November 2015. I have not had the issue since firmware 2.2p7s1 The problem was always sequential shows on same channel with any extension (I have 3 DVRs). The DVR would have one episode with an hour earlier recording than the set time however the cloud DVR had the correct recordings every time.

Yes! NCIS, Bull & NCIS: NOLA. @ Comcast - it is not different channels for me. Also the guide says the wrong episode is playing and then it messes up recording. As it has been happening for at least 6 months I can only assume this is a much more serious problem that you state since it has not been fixed.

Hi,

I'm sorry that you're experiencing trouble. Do you have an example of the names of show that didn't play back correctly?

Thanks!

Gwen
