When I am watching a movie there is a voice explaining what is going on in the film how do I shut thgis off?

adding... you might have accidentally turned on video description (example: she walks to the door and slowly opens it). press down and then left on your X1 remote. select the first icon that when highlighted says video description and if it has 'on' showing press the OK key to toggle the service off.
