I have the same problem on all boxes. Worked with Comcast tech support, resetting all boxes etc, but nothing has helped. Did you ever get a resolution? Thanks
do you have more than one x1 set top box? if so, do they all have teh same issue at the same time on that channel? using a desk/lap top to view the stream TV website or using a smart device and the Xfinity Stream TV app does it have the same issue at the same time?
