Stuck on Welcome Screen

Stuck on Welcome Screen

We upgraded to X1 yesterday. This morning the box says 'boot' and the screen is stuck in the Welcome screen. I've rebooted everything and verified ask the connections are secure. Any other thoughts?

One idea - unplug the coax cable and screw it back on while the box is unplugged from the wall.  Then connect the coax and plug the box back in.

Did YOU UNPLUG and reboot your X1 box? Are you sure you are connected to the RF input not the output? Beyond that you best call the X1 help line 877-896-8678.
