Set top box (PXD01ANI) output

Set top box (PXD01ANI) output

All of a sudden my settop box (a pace PXD01ANI) stopped working with a my tv (eTec 40E750).  The tv flashes blue, and instead of "HDMI" for the input, the box where it says the input changes to "DVI 1280x720" - there isn't even an option for DVI, making me think that the output from the STB has somehow changed and the TV isn't processing it correctly. The screen continuously flashes, and I hear a clicking sound within the TV.

When I hook the STB up to a different TV (that is ~5-6 years older), everything works just fine.

When I hook my apple TV up to the eTec TV, using the same HDMI cables, everything works just fine. The input on the TV will say "HDMI 720p" making me think its a resolution issue (that just started yesterday?)

Things I've tried already:

Unplug everything, plug bag in.

Using a different physical input (HDMI 1, 2, 3)

STB refresh

Try different video resolutions via the menu on the box (720, 1080i and 1080p)

Change TV resolution (no options)

Any other ideas?

Re: Set top box (PXD01ANI) output

Make sure the TV is set to the right input; use the TV remote to do this.
