What started out to be occasional has escalated to every day. What is and why do I receive the RDK 03033 service interruption error message so often?
When this happens I also notice my Internet speed at the modem is < 20Mbps.
I do perform a power off/on/reboot of the X1 box which give me some short reprieve but what else can I do? Replace the box?
Might there be infrastructure issues in our area?
