Remote voice command button suddenly doesn't work

All of a sudden, pressing voice command button doesn't work and sounds like a remote train horn. All buttons don't work exept on & off

Are you referring to the XR11 remote?

Yes. Was on with chat support, and while trying to get serial # my connection was lost. I think I have found that my "digital audio" is out
