Hello

Your upstream transmit is way too high. This is probably causing the RDK.   Do you have a splitter in the house?  Try swapping the cables on the splitter.

If this doesn't work, you'll need a tech to correct the UTX

What is UTX?

Re: The dreaded RDK-03003

Upstream transmit (strength of the signal being sent back Comcast). If UTX is too high that means your X1 box is having a difficult time returning signal back to Comcast. This appears to be one of X1's most common signal problems.

Re: The dreaded RDK-03003

For those of us who may be a little new to this, how do we check our signal levels and what are the desired ranges?  Also, if someone knows what to do for what situation that would be helpful.  I have been frequently getting the RDK-03003 error of late and also an error to check my connections, my main box may be uplugged, etc. (it's not, and the connections are tight).

Re: The dreaded RDK-03003

From what I've seen 03003 means the box is not seeing a singal. At all. So either something is not hooked up right or a wire/splitter is completely bad and not passing anything through.
