RDK-03013 When Connecting New Box

We were having crash issues with our main box, so we just exchanged it at the Comcast store. Upon connecting the new box, we are getting an RDK-03013 code.. Live Chat has been no help. The old box was connecting fine before we unplugged it to exchange. It was just crashing on nightly reboot.

the new box seems to not yet be active to comcast. see this link to fix the problem. https://www.xfinity.com/support/cable-tv/x1-errorcode-rdk-03013/
