I am at my wits end with this pixelation issue. First reported on 11/29, nice tech came out an ran new line to the house after find a frayed line on exposed line from previous pixelation repair last year that was never buried. This fixed the problem for hours, during a chat an analyst fixed a discrepancy that he saw with signal. Again fixed problem for a day. Then another nice tech came out and ran new lines inside the house and removed the applifier, but didn't put in another one. Again, the fix last a few days. Now we are experiencing the pixelation again......

Hello woffoms, pixelation is caused by a poor signal coming from the plant or from some equipment like a splitter within your home. I see that you have more than one cable box, do you have the same issue on all of them?
