Pixel Issues

I'm having issues and it's really annoying. Comcast makes Direct TV look like a prize. At least with Direct TV I knew when my shows were going to mess up on the record. Rain, Snow. I've had continuous issues since they installed it. I'm on our 3rd box. I've been charged once to have a tech come out. They removed the charge, then added back on then I got them to remove it again. I don't know what you need to do to get a tech to come out without being charged and having to go through all the hassle of getting charges reversed for an inferior product.

I spoke with a rep at the local store. I will go there and switch my box. This will be the 3rd box I've traded in. Basically the picture is pixalated. The sound is skipping and watching TV is virtually impossible.

Just picked up the new box. This is box 4. Each had a different issue. This latest one won't connect. I'm done with Comcast! We pay too much for this. I refuse to pay to break my contract. My contract was for them to provide a service. I'm not getting the service I signed up for.
