We recently added HD to our service because we purchased a larger screen TV. I can't figure out how to add them to my devices on my account page. It still shows my older 2 boxes that we exchanged.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Adding devices are done at your Xfinity store or by Customer Service.
I have had them for about a month. We did the self-install and activation over the phone. Was this something I should have done then, or can I still contact Customer Service about it and they will add them and delete the other ones?
If that's the case, I would for sure call in so they can verify everything.
