No TV service

I am getting the message "We are having some trouble.." all day. Asks me to select restart. I do and nothing. Bottom of screen says RDK-03005

I try several things first.  I unplug and plug the power back into the STB.  I check EVERY coax connection to be sure they are making a connection, including ALL wallplates.  Then I call 1800comcast.
