I am a brand new customer...literaly just had service set up yesterday and today it is not working. I am more than frustrated...I think I may have made a horrible decision. Why is there no service? Does anyone know?
There's a major outage in alot of areas today, it's not just you. It's all over the news. My area has been badly hit. Our tv is down, the phone went down, but might be back up, the net was out for awhile, but is working now. Give it a day, they're working on it.
