Cant connect 2 of 4 TVs

Cant connect 2 of 4 TVs

2 of 4 tv's have connection issue.  Tried unplugging, resetting, system reset and resetting top box. Still no connection.  Help please....

Presently, all 4 boxes and modem show connected, with good levels well within range.
