Cannot recconect to X1

Cannot recconect to X1

1. Painters arrived at 0800. Disconnected several TVs but not all.
Problem:
1. Lost connectivity on all TV’s
Attempted:
1. Unplugged and reconnected all TV’s as suggested. Disconnected and reconnected all cables.
2. Checked that primary XFinity line in basement was intact. It was
3. Disconnected and reconnected all tv’s as suggested by XFinity and for at leadt10 seconds
Results:
1. Still receiving message that “Somethings not right.” RDK 10000
And suggestion to reCh out to XFinity/x1support for assistance which I am now doing.

Question:
1. Where do I go from here????

Do you have anything that looks like the attached picture?or the object in the right of the picture or something that resembles it? Is that line in the basement attached to an amp that doesn't have power? Do you have internet?
