there was an earlier version that showed the actual user code (and terminal/device from which it was punched in) for arm/disarm activities... that should be brought back

Agreed.  History in prior version showed the User code and the Location (TouchScreen, Wireless Key Pad or Subscriber Portal)

Couldn't agree more. The touch screen doesn't appear to tell you when the system was armed and disarmed anymore.  I would like the touch screen to state when the alarm was armed and dismarmed and what code was used.

Totally agree, this was a very valuable feature.  Why was it discontinued?  There are times when I would like to know whose code is being used.  This option should definitely be brought back.  Most of today's tecnological upgrades are meant to provide more information not less.

This is a great question.  Clearly Comcast doesn't monitor this site, since there is no response here. 

Any ideas where we can post the question to Comcast where they are interested in customer feedback?

We experienced an issue with this feature that was causing errors.  We are actively working on correcting this and bringing back this feature.

Is there a time line of when this Update/Feature will be released?  Are Xfinity Developers on an Agile cycle?
