I'm trying to download the Home national alarm certificate for my insurance company, Xfifnity home tab was not correct, and ther was no My services tab.......

Hi cookie1020 -- Start by clearing the Cache & Cookies from your browser. If that doesn't work, try another browser. Please report back if you continue to run into this error.
