Solution

I cannot see any play, stop, pause, or full-screen buttons in the xfinity home screen news videos when I use Firefox.  They work in Internet Explorer, but I prefer Firefox for everything else, and I don't want to have to switch to IE just for the xfinity videos. I have the up-to-date Shockwave plug in and the most recent version of Adobe Flashplayer.
