Why can't I view the live feed from one of my 3 cameras via Web Portal?

The live feed of two of my 3 cameras work just fine, but one of them I can never get the live feed to work on the Web Portal, only the still frames. It works fine on the phone App and touch screen though. It also works on the old version of the web portal, just not the new one.

I'm having this problem A LOT lately.  It's extremely frustrating.  I will log on to the web portal, all will be fine.  A little later, when I check again, and try to select a different camera, it disconnects others and I have try numerous times (including logging off/on, restarting the browser, switching browsers, etc.).  I've contacted CS about camera connection issues 3 times in the past month.
