I have been a client for a long time. When I called yesterday, I, once again, got someone on the phone who did not really care. Then proceeded to tell me that other people have reported this, and her manager will research and get back to me. Of course, no one calls back.
I have had my share of issues with XFinity. So sad it has been. Repeated phone calls for issues when I had Home first installed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt this time thinking maybe after the past year they've ironed out their difficulties in the industry. Guess I'm wrong. They have a referral system that is obviously full of flaws but yet are asking their clients to refer. If I didn't love my services so much, I would of resigned them a while ago. And I really needed the money, so I talked the talk to my friends. Even told them to hold off and I'll get them $100.00 for joining. Sad, really sad, that Comcast or NBC doesn't step in and say enough is enough and revamp where they are so lacking, South Florida. Bad Service, Broken Promises, and now more lies.
