Problems with Motion Sensor

I have a motion sensor that recently needed a battery replaced.  After replacing it, I acknowledged all of the messages, but they keep coming back and the tones the touch pad makes are waking up my family in the middle of the night.  I've replaced it with a known good battery again and entered into a chat session with a Comcast representative that tried to charge me for use.  I've had this problem with sensors before, and they have had to remove and re-add the sensor for it to work properly.  But, now there is no option on the touchpad or on the web portal for me to remove or add devices.  I'm getting pretty ticked off from a lack of access to fix this on my own, Comcast wanting to charge me for a chat session, and the lack of sleep from being woken up in the middle of the night.  I'm really at the point where my next step it to cancel all of my service.  How can this be fixed?
