New Web Portal Rules are horrible

New web portal rules are a mess.  Old tool worked ... was simple and easy to use ... new tool is terrible.  Doesn't fit in window, forces you to step through pages that wastes time and does not have all the features the old tool had. 

 

dumbing down tools does NOT make them better ... I suggest having your programmers USE THE TOOLS they design before forcing them on the customer.  If they haven't made it better, don't fix it.

I understand your frustration & appreciate you reaching out to provide us with feedback.  We understand that the new rules functionality is not the same experience as the previous portal. We are working to enhance the rules functionality on the new portal.

Why change what works? The old portal is perfectly acceptable & has everything I need. In fact it is exactly how I like it.

What a  poor way to do business I can even crete a rule or change one to send me an Email is usless
