Home app and portal not working

I have not been able to access the home app or portal for some time.  I had a tech here a week ago and he fixed lots of things but could not get it working.  We reinstalled the app. He said maybe it was down, and a bit later, for a while, I could access it. Since then not at all.  I have a ticket and have been called twice but the agents hung up on me.  Very frustrated.
