Home Security Thermostat

I just got the thermostat installed on Saturday and since it has been installed I can not get the temp to drop past 74 degrees.

I have issue with my one of my  thermostats not cooling - infact when truned on increases the temperature in 'COOL' setting.

However the other thermostat is working proper. The acual A/c units are fine.

Make sure your EcoSaver is not on if you want to change your thermostat temperature manually, and that simple mode is off for this to take effect. When EcoSaver is on (if you have this) the thermostat is set to Simple Mode.

Also make sure: -zone is not armed -verify battery is good -make sure your broadband connectivity is green when testing connectivity in advanced settings (check ethernet on security router and make sure it has connection between personal router or wireless gateway.
