Day 4 and still security system still is messed up.

This must be a joke.  What security?  Get stuck with that stupid automated system that doesn't understand anything you say.  Finally talk to a human and they can't fix it.  4 days! up and down.  Camera's don't work!  Week before outside camera's were clipped off and the alarms didn't sound.  They actually want me to pay to replace them!  Talked to 2 agents both thought that was wrong, both promised to call me back neither have!   So, if you are interested in a security system that, doesn't alarm if you cameras are stolen, isn't relaible enough for your to arm and disarm the system when you need to, spend money on cameras that don't work.  Xfinity is just what you want to pay for.

I apologize for the frustration that this has caused.  We’ve been able to restore service & we expect that users will regain functionality. We’re continuing to work the issue and will post an update if we encounter additional service interruptions. 

 

As for your situation with your cameras, I'd like to personally follow up with this. With service now restored system-wide, I'd like to open a ticket on your behalf so we can reach out to you directly and work through this issue.
