Cant view cameras via web portal....or android app....

Cant view cameras via web portal....or android app....

Installed earlier today, web portal says "unable to establish connection with cameras, try again in a few minutes, if problem persists make sure cameras are within range to the supplied router".....

They're definitely within range...

 

Cameras come up fine on the touchscreen...rebooted touchscreen, cameras, cleared browser cache, cookies, flushed dns (for the heck of it)...

 

windows 7 enterprise pc..

using firefox, (tried I.E. also though)....

 

 

Come on Comcast......Gotta, gotta, GOTTA be able to view these things via computer, or a mobile device....basically worthless without that feature!!!!!!!!!!!

Aside from rebooting the touchscreen and cameras, have you tried rebooting the router that came with the seucrity system and perhaps your modem as well?

 

Do you have your own router in addition too?  If so, have you tried rebooting it too along with the security router and your modem?
