Hi, I cannot view my camera in the new portal. I have to go back to the old one to view it. Please fix this, or stop taking me to the new portal until it is fixed.
Yes, we are having the exact same issue. We cannot view our cameras since the new web portal went active.
Please let me know if there is a solution for this.

For those having issues... just a few suggestions in case they might help... I find that most of the time whenever I have an issue with a webpage displaying properly it's because I'm running outdated software or need to perform an update...
1) List the web browser you are using in your post - and check to make sure you've updated to the most recent version of the browser
2) Make sure you are running the most recent version of Adobe Flash
3) If you're running Windows, make sure to run and install all of the latest Windows updates.
4) If all else fails, try a different browser... for example, if you're having issues and you're using Internet Explorer, try using Chrome instead. This can at least help you narrow your issue down...
