What browser are you using? Please post the name and version of the browser. We need this because each browser is different. One may have a wrench and others won't have it.
We *might* be able to assist you in getting it to show up. Then again if you had the wrench at one time and updated to a new version of the browser the wrench may have been removed. My husband recently wanted to do something with Google Chrome. Searching the internet resulted in answers that stated click the wrench. There is no wrench in his Chrome. Those instructions were outdated since he apparently had a newer version.
If it is not there is nothing Comcast can do nothing to fix it for you. The wrench in the toolbar, and everything else in the toolbar, is function of your browser.
Comcast has no control over browser settings and layout. The developer of the browser is in charge of all that.
To make Comcast your homepage open the page.
Look on the upper right-hand side of the page for Make XFINITY Your Homepage. Click that link, confirm you want to make it the homepage by clicking YES.
Comcast employees must be authorized to post in the forum in an official capacity. Employees posting here have their names in red and are designated as employees. Names not in red are customers.
