slouke is correct as long as you don't have a message machine attached to your phone.
If you do have your own message machine at home in addition to your comcast voicemail, you will need a Comcast voicemail "access number".
Call comcast customer support (don't waste your time with "chat"; they ave no clue ow to do this) and ask for the local voicemail access number for your area.
When you call this number you will be prompted to enter your ome phone number and access code.

Some folks set the Answering Machie to pickup first so all calls go to the answering machine except if they are on a call, it will go to Voicemail. That way they never miss a call. Of course after a while they realize that the functionality of Smartzone/voicemail has a validity of its own.
