Yesterday and today my voice mail has not been working. Telling caller I not longer have voice mail. When I try to access I get error message scc 0235

Please call into Comcast support for help, the CSR shoud be able to correct it.

Is that number 800-206-2278? I have been getting a busy signal at that number for two days.
