Voice Mail Time Stamps

If I access voice mail messages via internet, I see the correct time that the message was left.  If I listen to voice mail on my Comcast-connected phone, the time recorded message is 3 hours ahead (eg. "Message left today at 1:48 PM" when the message was actually left at 10:48 AM).  How can this be fixed?
