I just got a new number from comcast and now the caller id isn't displaying on the tv nor the laptop. what needs to be done to fix this problem?
After a number change or code changes on the account it takes 4 or 5 days for the databases to sync.
If it doesn't start working by next Monday, post back and it will be escalated.
Its Tuesday and UCID is still not working. can you resolve this for me please? thanks

why is it taking so long to get this problem resolved? why has a technican not placed a call to me to explain what is happening here???? I want this problem to be given the proper attention it is supposed to have!!! I want a call vack ASAP!
