Video on Demand won't work

It has been over two weeks now that my VOD hasn't worked.  Tried having signals sent numerous times, rebooting, unplugging everything, etc.  On occasion it will work very briefly.  I've about had it, and am seriously considering DirectTV. 


Any thoughts?

Do you see an error code, or any other symptoms?
