I've called 5 times and each person is more incompetent than the last. I chatted with customer service. I upgraded all 3 boxes. Same problem on new boxes. I've attempted Over 200 movie purchases and I'm at the end of my rope.
Installer had the same problem with error #22. He did a "UDB hit" and it resolved the problem within 15min. Im not sure what that means but maybe when you call comcast you can ask them to do that from where they are.
