xfinitytv online crashes when viewing Videos on Cinemax and Shotime

When i try and view Hunted on Cinemax or Homeland on Shotime my browser crashes.

I am running Windows 7 x64 I have current version of silverlight for x64 and Flash player for x64.

I followed the troubleshooting procedures online uninstall, enable drm, and delete the mspr silverlight config file and it still crashes after i reinstall.

Please let me know what can be done.

Thanks,

Orlando

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Thanks,
