are you speaking of playing back a recorded asset? or watching on-demand? or linear channel that is in your lineup?

I've got the same issue, have for two months, can't change it, Comcast doesn't help.

None of that , with Xfinity as the home page , the first thing that comes up Is all the

news stories. None will play or open when you click on them.

Hi gsivad, could you try another browser to see if you are able to view them on there to see if it is the browser? Also, have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, and retesting?
