xfinity tv website does not reflect my subscription

xfinity tv website does not reflect my subscription when I sign in.. occasionally when this happened in the past all i had to do was put in my zipcode and it would reset to the correct listing.. unfortunately there is not an option anymore and i am not able to watch specific shows live from my computer..or preset recordings.. my listing is supposed to go from 2 thru 500 but it now starts at 11.. and is missing many channels to 500.
