xfinity tv online programs won't load

Everytime I attempt to play a show on xfinity.com, the show won't load. It goes to programming loading and just stays there.

We are currently having issues with videos playing in Internet Explorer 9. Please use Safari 5.1, Firefox 9, or Google Chrome 16 for now.

 

I will update you when we fix this issue.

 

Also, if the browsers I suggested as a temporary workaround do not work, let me know and I will be able to further assist you.

Hi, I have the same issue, can't play many lisitngs, I can play few though! I'm using chrome 15, and the error msg I'm getting is error 6001!

this worked for another user you might want to try it. I use this sofware all the time so I know it works.

Shows that seems to be associated with HULU works with IE9.  But it would be customer friendly if Comcast would let users know that online viewing is currently incompatible with IE9.  Saves a lot of people wasting their time trying to find work around only to come back to right where they were.
