xfinity tv mobile no eligible boxes found

xfinity tv mobile no eligible boxes found

i downloaded the xfinity tv mobile app on iphone 4s it keeps telling me i dont have any eligible tvs, i just got a new motorola dvr, not sure what the problem is.... i unplugged it already and plugged back in any ideas?

Give it 4 or 5 days for the databases to sync up.  Waiting fixes it many times.  If it doesn't start working 5 days after your hooked up the new box, then post back.

I have received this message for several weeks now.  I have 4 boxes, including 2 DVRs
