I apologize for the issue you are having with this. When are you getting this error? Is it when you are loading the app or a episode? -FC

I too am receiving an Error 10625. It happens every time I'm trying to add a device (eg, iPad, iPhone) so I can watch TV and my recordings through the Xfinity TV App.

These devices used to be activated up until a couple of days ago and I could see them in the devices management section of my online account. Now there are no devices listed any more.

Re: xfinity tv app iOS error msg 10625

Thank you everyone for trying to help. After many attempts to get an answer from Comcast Tech support, they finally told me that this problem was on their side and that I would have to wait between 24 to 72 hours for it to be resolved. Fortunately when I tried downloading the app again the next day it worked fine...no error msg!

Re: xfinity tv app iOS error msg 10625

Tech support was walking me thru on my account to check which devices I had connected, and when got there there were no devices to be found..."0" everywhere.
That's when TS told me that the problem was on their side.

Re: xfinity tv app iOS error msg 10625

Same problem here. On my iPhone and my Samsung tablet. Except the error code on tablet is different form the one I'm getting on my phone. I just talked to tech and they are calling me back in 20 minutes. Weird thing for me is I was just using the app earlier today on both and was working fine. Then wouldn't load on both so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now I have error codes. Before I uninstalled on tablet, it was showing old recordings on my "most recent" section. I'm talking recordings from July (3 months ago) that have been deleted for a while now

Re: xfinity tv app iOS error msg 10625

deleted xfinity tv app. When I tried to reload it , I got error message 10625- difficulty downloading.

This app has never worked correctly . It pulls back previously deleted shows .

Cannot connect my iPhone or iPad. Will wait to call Tech Support.
