xfinity tv app can't login

xfinity tv app can't login

I downloaded the xfinity tv for my samsung galaxy tab a few days ago, and have been unable to log in. I know my username/password are correct as I used them to log in here. I triend uninstalling it and downloading again. Still no luck. Any help?

   What message are you getting?  Coverage is limited? Good News?

I can't log into my ipad either.  The info I get is "please enter a valid comcast id or email password."  I have the correct info I am plugging in too

can you try and reset your password, maybe thats the issue and give it a try again. http://customer.comcast.com/help-and-support/account/changing-or-resetting-your-password/

I have been having the same problem. I can log in on my laptop, my phone, but I cannot log in on my ipad. It worked fine for many months, then one day, it stopped accepting the login/password. Comcast support has changed the login/password several times now but it has made no difference. It's extemely frustrating and support has offered no solution except changing the password again and again.
